How to use
How to use the Stay All Day® Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner:
- Apply to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow.
- For best use, remove the cap, twist counterclockwise multiple times (it may take several twists), and apply.
- Note: the propel pencil does not retract. No sharpener necessary.
- Not tested for use on water line
